This is the amount of time taken to complete a process or fulfill a request. 

 No order minimums are required for screen or embroidery. 

All colors of a design will be matched with the closest in-house stock ink color and thread colors we have. For exact color matches, please request a Pantone color match. 

 All art sent to us must be approved by you the client before we begin to print or embroider any order. The art must be checked for proper placement, correct spelling, correct sizing, and color choices. 

an art proof is a visual representation of the art work placed on the garment it will be screen printed or embroidered on. The proof will show placement and color choices for the design as well as list the size of the design. All art proofs should be sent as a PDF file. 

Is a physical sample of the item you are ordering printed with your imprint. 

The craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn.

File type needed for embroidery machine disk drives to read and sew.  

The file type created to save digitized files using the Wilcom embroidery decorating software.

Software used to read, edit, typeset, etc. DST files. 

Soft thread that is not colorfast (Not bleach/dry clean friendly).

Stiffer, sturdier type of thread. This thread is considered to be colorfast (can handle bleach/being dry cleaned). 

Can be requested by a client as a proof to see how the design will looked sewed on fabric. 

Plastic rings or squares used to secure the product for correct embroidery placement.

In screen printing we use a process called spot colors. A film is used for each color that is used in the design; this is color separation. The ink colors we use are Pantone colors. To find a list of our standard ink colors please go to the services tab – screen printing.  

Pantone Color Matching system is a method of matching colors developed by Pantone.

A term used to refer to a film positive.
